advertising company in hyderabad?

hey everyone!!!! i am planing to open an advertising company in hyderabad.it would be an outdoor advertising company.so how should i start. how can i find people who are ready to lease me there roof top so that i can put up a hoarding over there.and do i need to get permission from the govt.???kindly let me know as i am new in india..

Permission of placing hoardings and billboards is given by municipal commissions in India, in hyd it is "MUNICIPAL CORPORATION of HYD", you need to give the details about the size of the board and the safety measures u are going to use and also the location of the board to be placed, You also need to pay the required fees to the municipal corporation. To get the lease of the rooftops you should select the locations and contact the owners personally , alternatively you can contact the brokers for doing the work but they charge their fees , so based on your budget and the time you have plan accordingly
