Eat More Dark Chocolate
I want you to start to eat more dark chocolate, but don’t get carried away and eat tons of chocolate. First off, you really want to eat dark chocolate that is over 75% real cocoa. This is vital because if you don’t do this then you will not get enough of the nutrients and the antioxidants that help you. You will also get too much of the milk and fat in your diet and adversely affect your body image.
It’s easy to add some dark chocolate in your diet in new ways. What I like to do is after I finish off my exercise routines, I will take a little cube of dark chocolate and put it in my protein shake.
