Its impossible to …
Its impossible to get a 1 minute 19 second commercial spot on TV. A 30 sec or 1 min, 2 min or 10 or even a 15 sec ad works but not a 1:19 !!!

Except perhaps on channel 197 ???

Hummm… Mystery. I still think it is an Internet tester ad that can be cut down to a 15 or 30 sec.
